For all programs, fees are due upon registration. Fees are quoted in US Dollars but may be paid in GBP or Euros (see individual page for amount and payment options). Registration may be cancelled up to 1 1/2 weeks before the beginning date of the selected program, and a refund of the program amount minus a $500 administration fee will be made. After that time, no refund is available. Participants are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance that might cover them. If registration is made
1 1/2 weeks before the start of a program, no refund is available.

Fees are based on one week increments. You may choose multiple weeks when booking directly from our website. For more than four weeks or for groups, please contact us.

Please note: Fees stated do not include airfare or accommodations. We assume that most of our study abroad participants will already have made these arrangements. However, we are more than happy to work with you to create a complete package for you, your family or group. Please contact us!

For all inbound tours, the price usually includes:

Language and Cultural Activities as designed by our Cultural Specialist.

Language and Cultural activities as requested by you. Ubiquity International inbound tours are unique in that they allow you to self-create your experience. We provide the framework; you may provide us with specifics. Of course, we are always available to work with you to develop just the right cultural experience to make your visit memorable.

Transfers: However you arrive, we will meet you and transfer you to your place of lodging. When your visit is concluded, we will transfer to your departure point. Please note that we only provide transfers as part of the inbound tour. During the program, you are responsible for meeting your Cultural Specialist at designated locations.

Transportation abroad as part of the abroad program.

° We highly recommend that you purchase Travel Insurance for any travel. Please contact us for details.

° Most tours require some ability to engage in strenuous activity such as walking long distance or climbing stairs and inclines. Please be aware of the nature of the tour and if you are unsure how much physical ability is required do ask. Also note that some programs are of greater strenuous activity than others. Where strenuous activity is added as a part of your self-created experience, it is assumed that you are aware of the level of activity and that you are capable of engaging in such activity.
